12 Months Out
- Set a Budget & Priorities: Discuss finances openly and establish a realistic budget. Determine what aspects of the wedding are most important to you (e.g., photography, venue, food) and allocate funds accordingly.
- Guest List Brainstorm: Start brainstorming your guest list. You donāt have to finalize it yet, but have a rough estimate of how small or large your wedding is gonna be. This is a good time to discuss potential family dynamics and cultural considerations for a Singapore wedding.
- Get auspicious dates from a fortune teller.
10 Months Out

- Consider a Wedding Planner: If you envision a stress-free planning process, consider hiring a wedding planner. They can handle logistics, vendor recommendations, and ensure your day runs smoothly.
8 Months Out

- Book a photobooth - it is a really fun way to keep your guests entertained before the banquet. Plus, they double up as a keepsake.
- Choose your solemniser if you are having an offsite ROM ceremony.

4 Months Out
- Send out wedding RSVPs.
- Schedule Hair & Makeup Trials: Book hair and makeup trials with your MUA to test different looks and ensure you love the final result.
- Plan your pre-wedding photoshoot. Here's a little secret: plan your PWS on the same day as your hair & makeup trial, so that you can look your best during the photoshoot!
- Confirm your bridesmaids and groomsmen.
2 Months Out
- Schedule your food tasting session.
